## The Role

As our Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing our internal processes, improving efficiency, and supporting our growth. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a fast-growing company and potentially grow with us into a more senior leadership role.

## Key Responsibilities

– Develop, implement, and maintain operational systems and processes

– Create and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials

– Oversee project management systems and ensure effective execution of client projects

– Collaborate with department heads to streamline workflows and increase productivity

– Manage and optimize our tech stack and tools

– Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training new team members

– Monitor operational KPIs and prepare regular reports for leadership

– Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive growth

– Support the leadership team in strategic planning and execution

– Experience in process mapping and optimization

– Familiarity with CRM systems and other business software
