Job Summary:

We are looking for an Operations Manager at a Leading US company which is into coding education, the individual will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless customer interaction and management of new leads and work in the US shift. The individual shall be based in India and work from his home location.

You will be responsible for converting fresh leads into customers by engaging with parents of students aged 6-14 and promoting coding classes. This role requires high professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment catering to US-based clientele. The candidate will be responsible for lead conversion through calls, email management, reporting, and various administrative duties while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):

Lead Conversion and Sales:

• Engage with fresh leads generated through various marketing channels.
• Convert leads into paying customers by explaining course details, benefits, and offers.
• Build and maintain relationships with parents, providing guidance and addressing concerns.

Client and Parent Interaction:

• Serve as the main point of contact for US-based clients and parents of students.
• Conduct professional, courteous, and clear communication (email, phone, video calls).
• Address inquiries, provide solutions, and manage any parent-related issues.

Email and Template Management:

• Create grammatically accurate, persuasive email templates and campaigns.
• Send offers, follow-up communications, and newsletters to parents and potential clients.
• Ensure all communication aligns with companies branding and messaging standards.

Reporting and Documentation:

• Create detailed operational reports and share them with the management team.
• Monitor lead generation, sales conversion rates, and other KPIs.
• Maintain organized records and documents in Excel and Word.

Operational Oversight:

• Monitor daily operational activities ensuring smooth functioning.
• Assist in strategic decision-making by providing input based on data trends and customer feedback.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):

Lead Conversion Rate:

• Target conversion rate of fresh leads into customers .

Customer Satisfaction:

• Measure customer satisfaction based on feedback from parents.

Response Time:

• Timely response to inquiries and issues .

Email Campaign Success Rate:

• Track open rates and conversion from email offers.

Reporting Accuracy and Timeliness:

• Timely and accurate submission of reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with US or North American clients in a similar role. Preferred someone who can work in the US timer shift which is ideally 10:00 pm IST to 8:00 am IST.
• Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
• Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English with a neutral/American accent.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to create persuasive content.
• Sales Acumen: Ability to sell educational services, particularly to parents of students.
• Time Management: Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks in a remote working environment.

Salary and Remuneration

·      INR 70,000 – 80,000 per month plus bonus .
