Note: This is a full-time on-site position based in Blue Area, Islamabad.

Pay: $ 900-1000 per month

Position: Operations Manager

You would be supporting the US, Asia and EU Operation.

Requirements:

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing all operations of the company including but not limited to daily inventory management, order fulfillment, freight solutions, employee management and training etc.

Key Work Outputs and Accountability:

• Manage end-to-end e-commerce operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
• Oversee the integration and maintenance of e-commerce platforms and tools.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of operational staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, customer success, and finance to support business objectives.
• Manage budget and resource allocation to optimize operational costs.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing teams and achieving operational targets.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (English language is a must).
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon) and related tools.
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management platforms (we currently use ShipHero) and related tools.
