With a strong focus on delivering an excellent B2B customer service, they are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Account Manger to join their dynamic team.

Job Description:

In this role, you will manage some extremely important and large B2B key accounts, ensuring tickets are resolved, handling escalations, enhancing service relationships, and maintaining strong connections with both B2B clients and internal teams.

  • Actively track and report operational challenges, collaborating with other departments to address shared issues and develop solutions
  • Knowledge of customer service processes to be able to direct the sales team to the right person for issue resolution
  • Ensuring urgent issues are resolved promptly and leveraged for positive enhancements
  • Regular service review and analysing customer surveys to enhance service
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and technology
  • Creating and managing a knowledge database for customers

Experience Required:

  • Track record of experience in Sales and Customer Service roles within the travel industry
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin IS ESSENTIAL
  • Previous contact centre experience
  • Skilled in project Management
  • Excellent Account Management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Analytical
  • Customer driven
