What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and optimising processes to prepare Revolut Japan for hyper-growth
• Executing and scaling Japan operations, collaborating with Japan Operations team and London HQ on devising detailed playbooks, product integrations, and air-tight execution of Revolut Japan products
• Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritise, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly
• Proactively searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience
• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
• Identifying key product, operational, licensing, and growth opportunities for Revolut
• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

What You’ll Need

• Fluency in English and Japanese
• Experience in a top tech company and/or start-up
• A solid track record of achievement, having quickly assumed responsibilities or have won competition awards (can be any of academic, professional, and/or sport)
• The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones and to enjoy working with data
• Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
• The ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute on your recommendations

Nice to have

• Experience with data tools, such as SQL or Excel
