Operations Manager Role Description:

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager with a background in crypto and Web3 to lead and optimize our operational processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in the blockchain space who can navigate the unique challenges of decentralized operations, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure efficient workflows that align with our company’s growth in the Web3 ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Operational Strategy & Optimization: Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support rapid scaling within the Web3 and crypto framework.

• Process Development: Create and refine SOPs (standard operating procedures) for crypto-related operations, including wallet management, transaction processing, security protocols, and compliance requirements.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams to align operational activities with company goals, product launches, and user experience improvements in the crypto/Web3 space.

• Compliance & Risk Management: Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all operations comply with regulatory standards, particularly those relevant to crypto and digital asset management. Manage risk and security protocols specific to Web3 infrastructure.

• Project Management: Oversee key projects related to crypto/Web3 initiatives, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This may include integrating new blockchain technologies or coordinating decentralized finance (DeFi) solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years in operations management, with at least 2 years in the crypto or Web3 industry.

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, DAOs, NFTs, and other Web3 frameworks. Familiarity with crypto wallets, transaction security, and regulatory compliance is essential.

• Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically about how to improve operational efficiency in a decentralized environment.
