About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our production teams, ensuring deliverables are completed efficiently, effectively, and on time. In this critical leadership role, you will manage and support our team of Project Managers, who oversee the individual production teams, including the Web Experience (UI/UX) team and the SEO team. You’ll be a key driver of operational excellence, working closely with the AI Operations Manager to refine workflows and improve efficiency across the board.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in digital marketing production, remote team management, and experience working with offshore teams in the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Oversight:
- Manage and mentor Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery of projects across Web Experience and SEO teams.
- Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain visibility over team workflows, addressing bottlenecks and reallocating resources as needed.
Team Leadership:
- Provide clear direction and support to Project Managers and production teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Act as a liaison between teams to ensure alignment on priorities and goals.
Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with the AI Operations Manager to identify opportunities to optimize workflows, tools, and processes.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
Client-Focused Delivery:
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.
- Uphold high standards of communication and service delivery for SME clients in the professional services sector.
Remote Team Management:
- Leverage your experience in managing remote teams to foster a cohesive, motivated, and high-performing workforce across multiple time zones.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration with offshore teams in the Philippines.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing production workflows, including web design and development, SEO, and content.
- Previous experience working with offshore teams, particularly in the Philippines.
Skills:
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and prioritising tasks.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage diverse, remote teams.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with a client-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and platforms to track progress and improve workflows.
