Role Overview:
The Operations Manager will oversee and optimize the day-to-day activities of Limo Miami, ensuring seamless operations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to the highest standards of safety and luxury. This role involves managing the fleet, chauffeurs, logistics, and client relationships while driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage chauffeurs and support staff to maintain Limo Miami’s commitment to excellence.
- Fleet Management: Oversee maintenance schedules, vehicle inspections, and ensure the fleet is always in top condition and ready for operations.
- Manage Logistics Coordination: Manage transportation schedules, optimize routes, and coordinate services to meet client needs efficiently.
- Manage Customer Experience: Ensure exceptional service quality by addressing client feedback, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain compliance with local and federal transportation regulations and implement safety protocols.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, operational costs, and profitability, while identifying opportunities to optimize resources.
- Vendor and Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, hotels, and corporate partners to support business growth.
Qualifications:
- C1-C2 English level is required, Native preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality, or related fields.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
- Strong understanding of logistics, fleet management, and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Available to work in US time zone.
