Operations Manager – Concierge Luxury Travel Agency (Fully Remote)
A unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing Concierge Luxury Travel Agency that specializes in providing tailored, first-class service to clients. The company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to help scale the business and be a key part of their growth journey.

Operations Manager Responsibilities

Develop and implement automated systems and processes to improve operational efficiency.
Establish best practices to streamline workflows and enhance productivity across the business.
Collaborate closely with the CEO and HR team to create and execute operational strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term growth.
Oversee daily business operations, including managing a remote team, providing training as needed, and conducting regular performance reviews.
Utilize in-house systems and tools to improve operational efficiency and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Monitor business performance, generate reports, and provide regular updates to the leadership team.
Create and implement contingency plans to proactively manage operational risks and ensure business continuity.

Operations Manager Skills and Experience Required

Proven experience as an Operations Manager, ideally in a similar role within the travel industry, with experience in scaling a business.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM systems, and project management tools.
Strong management skills, including experience in leading remote teams.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects in a remote work environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
A dynamic and flexible professional, able to adapt to different time zones and business growth.
