The Operations Manager role will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating cross-functional operations that make the company function effectively. You will take ownership of various internal projects, currently spread across different team members, and bring structure to our day-to-day operations. If you have a passion for creating order, implementing processes, and driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
- Streamline Operations: Improve workflows and processes across teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Customer Success) to ensure efficient collaboration.
- Lead Projects: Take ownership of key initiatives, ensuring they are planned and executed effectively.
- Support Growth: Manage projects that scale operations to support our growth in existing and new markets.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with leadership and department heads to align operations with business priorities.
- Technology Enablement: Introduce or enhance tools that make internal processes more effective and scalable.
- Monitor Performance: Establish and track operational metrics to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field. A background in STEM or technical fields is a plus.
- 2–4 years in a similar role, ideally in SaaS, B2B, or a fast-paced startup.
- Proven ability to optimize processes and manage projects across teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PPT, and project management software.
- A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
- A focus on getting things done and improving systems without overcomplicating them.
- Professional fluency in English and German is required.
