Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to take on a dynamic role within a thriving education recruitment firm? My client, a fast-growing company with an outstanding reputation in the education recruitment sector, is seeking a strategic leader to oversee and enhance their operations across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing…
- Leading Operations Across Regions: Oversee daily activities across your location.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor office teams, creating a collaborative culture that empowers staff to deliver their best.
- Optimising Processes: Drive efficiency by improving workflows and implementing best practices that enhance service delivery.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to industry regulations and safeguarding standards.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyse operational data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Supporting Growth Initiatives: Work alongside leadership to support expansion plans and the opening of new offices.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to align operations with broader business objectives.
What My Client Is Looking For…
- Operational Experience: Strong background in managing operations, ideally within recruitment, education, or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Leadership Skills: A confident and motivational leader who can inspire teams to succeed.
- Process Improvement Expertise: Experience in evaluating and refining workflows to enhance efficiency and output.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with safeguarding and industry-specific regulations is a big plus.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to inform decision-making and strategy.
- Proactive and Strategic: A problem-solver with a forward-thinking approach to operations.
