My client, a fast-growing company with an outstanding reputation in the education recruitment sector, is seeking a strategic leader to oversee and enhance their operations across multiple locations.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Leading Operations Across Regions: Oversee daily activities across your location.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor office teams, creating a collaborative culture that empowers staff to deliver their best.
• Optimising Processes: Drive efficiency by improving workflows and implementing best practices that enhance service delivery.
• Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to industry regulations and safeguarding standards.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, analyse operational data, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Supporting Growth Initiatives: Work alongside leadership to support expansion plans and the opening of new offices.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with senior leaders to align operations with broader business objectives.

What My Client Is Looking For…

• Operational Experience: Strong background in managing operations, ideally within recruitment, education, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Leadership Skills: A confident and motivational leader who can inspire teams to succeed.
• Process Improvement Expertise: Experience in evaluating and refining workflows to enhance efficiency and output.
• Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with safeguarding and industry-specific regulations is a big plus.
