Are you an experienced professional looking to make an impact in operations management? Join a leading ABA center in the Savannah, GA area, where you’ll oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Position Details
Location: Remote, must reside in Savannah, GA, and be available to work on-site at the clinic as needed.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our ABA center and in-home services. This role involves overseeing scheduling, staffing, facility management, and resource allocation. You will work closely with the Clinical Director and the operations team to maintain high standards of service, regulatory compliance, and a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
Lead and direct operational activities, ensuring efficient, streamlined practices.
Develop and implement policies to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness.
Staff Management
Oversee recruitment, training, supervision, and evaluation of administrative and support staff.
Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and employee development.
Facility Management
Coordinate facility maintenance to ensure a safe, welcoming space for clients and staff.
Manage inventory and supplies to support day-to-day operations.
Financial Management
Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Analyze financial reports to inform resource allocation and decision-making.
Quality Assurance
Implement quality control processes to maintain industry standards and regulatory compliance.
Assess program effectiveness through key performance indicators, aiming for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Communication
Act as a liaison for clients, families, staff, and other key stakeholders.
Support coordination between operational and clinical teams for seamless service delivery.
Compliance and Risk Management
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and accreditation standards.
Develop risk management strategies to prioritize safety and minimize liability.
Continuous Improvement
Lead initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
Seek opportunities for innovation and operational growth.
Technician Engagement and Cultural Integration
Serve as the main contact for Behavior Technicians throughout their tenure.
Facilitate ongoing communication with Behavior Technicians, addressing concerns and fostering engagement.
Celebrate key milestones, birthdays, anniversaries, and achievements to build a supportive community.
Promote team culture and ensure alignment across clinical, operational, and technician staff.
Maintain an 80% retention rate for Behavior Technicians, accounting for specified exclusions.
Operational Support and Tracking
Oversee credentialing and licensure tracking for BCBAs and Behavior Technicians.
Report weekly on all key operational tasks, proactively ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Active RBT Certification (or willingness to obtain within the first 30 days).
Minimum of 2 years in operations management, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health environment.
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
