The Opportunity

In this fast-paced company, you will play a pivotal role in building efficient processes by developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement clear SOPs for key internal processes
• Maintain and update SOPs regularly to reflect changes in technology, industry standards, and company procedures
• Develop user-friendly templates for tasks, checklists, and reports within project management systems
• Utilise project management software tools to plan projects with clear timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Experience as an operations specialist or similar role in the IT sector
• Familiarity with IT service desk software and ticketing systems
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in project management software and a willingness to learn new tools
• The ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem is a plus.
