Seeking an experienced Oracle Change Management Expert/Lead to manage the organizational change activities during an Oracle Cloud ERP implementation for a global financial services company. The role involves coordinating across stakeholders to facilitate change readiness, assess change impacts, define training requirements, and ensure successful organizational adoption. The scope of the implementation includes the following Oracle Cloud ERP modules: General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Projects, Self-Service Procurement, and Fusion Tax.

Key Responsibilities:

· Stakeholder Coordination: Lead cross-functional communication among business units, IT teams, external vendors, and leadership. Ensure alignment on change initiatives for Oracle ERP modules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

· Change Readiness Assessment: Assess the company’s preparedness for implementing Oracle Cloud ERP, particularly focusing on the impacts of the General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Projects, Self-Service Procurement, and Fusion Tax modules. Develop strategies to prepare the organization for the transition.

· Change Impact Management: Identify and document the impact of the new ERP system on business processes, roles, and structures. Provide actionable insights to guide decision-making and ensure a seamless shift in daily operations.

· Training and Development: Collaborate with training teams to design and deliver tailored training programs for key modules, ensuring all employees, particularly those in finance, procurement, and project management, are well-equipped to use the new system. Oversee the development of user guides and other learning resources.

· Communication Strategy: Develop a comprehensive communication plan that ensures stakeholders across the company are informed about project progress, changes, and timelines. Facilitate clear and consistent messaging to reduce resistance and improve system acceptance.

· Organizational Adoption: Lead efforts to drive adoption of the Oracle Cloud ERP system, ensuring a smooth transition to the General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Projects, Self-Service Procurement, and Fusion Tax modules. Address challenges and barriers to change and provide post-implementation support.

· Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks to change management, particularly those related to financial operations and procurement processes. Develop mitigation strategies to manage and resolve issues effectively.

· Global Coordination: Ensure that change management strategies accommodate the needs of international teams and adhere to regional requirements and compliance standards. Coordinate global readiness for the Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

· Minimum of 8 years of experience in change management, with a focus on ERP implementations, preferably Oracle Cloud ERP.

· High-level understanding of Oracle ERP modules, especially General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Projects, Self-Service Procurement, and Fusion Tax.

· Experience leading change management initiatives for Oracle ERP in a global financial services organization.

· Experience working with international teams and managing global ERP rollouts.

· Strong understanding of change management frameworks.

· Ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at all levels.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

· Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
