Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Oracle Workforce Management (WFM) Consultants specializing in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFSC) to join our team, supporting a prestigious Telecom client in Qatar. This role is responsible for analyzing business needs, configuring OFSC functionalities, and ensuring efficient use of the platform to optimize WFM (OFSC) operations. It will act as a bridge between business users and the technical team, ensuring successful OFSC implementation and ongoing support.

Requirements:

 

  • Strong understanding of WFM (OFSC) concepts and best practices.
  • Proven experience in analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement through OFSC.
  • Experience configuring and customizing OFSC features to meet specific business needs.
  • Excellent knowledge of OFSC functionalities, including work orders, scheduling, resource management, and reporting.
  • Experience working with CRM and/or Service Management solutions is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to document processes and procedures clearly and concisely.
  • Experience with user training and change management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies for project delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with business users to understand their WFM (OFSC) needs and challenges.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through OFSC implementation.
  • Configure and customize OFSC functionalities to meet specific business requirements.
  • Develop and implement workflows, business rules, and automation within OFSC.
  • Develop and deliver user training materials to ensure successful adoption of OFSC.
  • Create and maintain user documentation for OFSC functionalities.
  • Support business users with ongoing questions and troubleshooting of OFSC issues.
  • Work with the technical team to ensure proper system configuration and integration with other enterprise applications.
  • Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest releases and features of OFSC.
