What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive sales of Ormco products and solutions to meet or exceed assigned quotas and goals
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Orthodontists and their clinical teams
- Utilize consultative and educational sales approaches to influence product usage
- Conduct territory analysis and manage customer expectations regarding product delivery
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide insights on customer needs and market trends
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship and account management within the orthodontic or dental industry
- Ability to travel up to 30% overnight
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
