The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As A(n) Orthodontic Sales Specialist, Solventum Oral Care Division – Canada – Alberta, Manitoba And Saskatchewan You Will Have The Opportunity To Tap Into Your Curiosity And Collaborate With Some Of The Most Innovative And Diverse People Around The World. Here, You Will Make An Impact By
- Meeting an overall sales quota
- Building relationships with orthodontists, their staffs, and orthodontic residents
- Working with a team consisting of inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable
- Managing customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction
Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills And Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND a minimum seven (9) years of field sales and/or Clinical experience in a private, public, government or military environment
- Current, Valid Drivers license is required, as you will be issued a company vehicle for this position
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also preferred:
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, order entry software
- Oral Care industry experience
- History of developing customer relationships
- Strong work ethic, people skills, and competitive background
- Understanding of time and territory management
- Comfort level with technical information and numbers
- Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- [Master’s] degree in [business or marketing] from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years of [oral care/Orthodontic sales experience] in a private, public, government or military environment
Work location: Remote
Travel: May include up to 50%
