What you’ll be doing as an Outbound Sales Agent:
- Making outbound calls to our existing customer base
- Using your Sales techniques to pitch, promote and sell our products.
- You’ll identify and assess and build rapport with customer, you’ll understand their needs and ensure you provide accurate and updated product information and offer solutions to benefit the customer
- Meeting and exceeding Sales targets
- You’ll provide an exceptional customer service experience whilst adhering to regulatory requirements
- You’ll use various systems and ensure these are updated accurately
In order to be successful in this role, you will have the following skills & experience:
- Prior Sales experience within a similar role, ideally within a contact centre environment
- Target driven with experience of exceeding sales targets
- Commission driven
- Professional and engaging telephone manner
- Team player
- Self driven with great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong PC skills, with the ability to handle different systems at the same time
