Position: Sales Manager (Countertops and Slabs)

We are seeking two dynamic Sales Managers to join our team and drive growth in our countertops and slabs division. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base, fostering strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to enhance market presence, foster repeat business, and drive revenue growth.

Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service.

Stay informed on industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.

Implement sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional campaigns to boost sales performance.

Provide regular reports on sales metrics, market trends, and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions.

Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, business, and product teams to optimize customer satisfaction and revenue streams.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management within the building materials or construction industry.

Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented with a track record of achieving and surpassing sales goals.

Exceptional organizational and planning abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to travel as necessary.

Sales experience in surfaces, specifically countertops and slabs.

Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English required.
