Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating their own leads, engaging in telemarketing activities, and converting prospects into loyal customers. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Generate and qualify leads through telemarketing, networking, and other sales strategies.
– Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
– Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
– Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
– Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
– Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
– Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
– Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the water filtration/purification industry or a related field.
– Strong telemarketing skills with a track record of generating and converting leads.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
