This position is opened by theFisher Flow Controls Business Unit which is part of the Final ControlGroup.The Sales Engineer is based in Jeddah or Yanbu, KSA and responsible forhandling allocated customers across KSA and Bahrain.The position requires frequent visits to customers & hence requiredremote working conditionsIn This Role, Your Responsibilities Will BeMeet or Exceed Annual business goals and targets.Establish and develop high level positive relationships with keyleaders and at all levels within the Product and Account Portfolionamed.Leverage existing and develop new relationships with key executivedecision-makers to successfully position Flow Controls as No Equal or thepreferred supplier of Technology, Products, Services and SolutionsDrive KOB2/3 opportunities throughout the accounts covered by acting as“trusted advisor” to customers by offering solutions tocustomer problems.Develop, Update and lead the execution of a multi-faceted comprehensiveaccount and site plans covering all Flow Controls business unitsPrepare and present growth plans, forecasts, pricing surveys, andcompetitor intelligence.Work closely with other Emerson Automation Solutions Divisions andimprove pull-through contentEnsure Business Unit plans and key initiatives are consistent withaccount plans and are implemented in timely professional manner. AssimilateBU personnel’s support as and when needed to support the keysites.Establish and update long term agreements for services, turnaround andparts.Analyze and develop plans with the LBP Sales force to drive competitivedisplacements and upgrades.Ensure Emerson Ethics and trade compliance procedures are strictlyfollowed with all business transactions.Develop and manage KPI on quotes to drive business withefficiency.Follow up and support closing of both entity as well as destinationorders.Who you are?Strong business skills & commercial awarenessAbility to communicate and deliver the business-based valuemessages.Knowledge on power & water process and explaining the specialcontrol valve applications.For this Role, You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or closely relateddisciplineProficient in English & Arabic Language-Written and spoken.Preferred QualificationsInstrumentation/Mechanical Engineering degreeMinimum 2 years control valve experienceMinimum 5 years Sales experience in power & water.Proven Sales record.Proven background in proactive sellingControl Valve & Industry knowledge.Our offer to you!We recognize the importance of employee wellbeing and know thatto do your best you have flexible, competitive benefit plans to meet youand your family’s physical, mental, financial, and social needs.
