What the job involves
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated B2B Paid Ads Manager to lead our paid advertising efforts across a diverse range of platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to drive leads, generate brand awareness, and support our overall business objectives. This role requires expertise in both mainstream and emerging advertising channels, with a particular focus on reaching B2B audiences. This role reports to the Marketing Director.
Campaign Strategy & Execution
● Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various platforms, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and emerging channels like Telegram, WhatsApp, Reddit, Spotify, Quora, etc.
● Define target audiences, campaign goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for each channel.
● Conduct thorough keyword research and audience analysis to ensure effective targeting.
● Manage campaign budgets and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
● Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with B2B audiences.
● Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance.
Channel Expertise
● Maintain a deep understanding of all mainstream paid advertising channels (search, social, display, etc.).
● Possess strong knowledge and experience in utilizing emerging channels like Telegram, WhatsApp, Reddit, Spotify, and Quora for B2B advertising.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates across all channels.
Reporting & Analysis
● Track and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., impressions, clicks, conversions, cost-per-lead, ROI) to measure campaign effectiveness.
● Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
● Utilize data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Collaboration & Communication
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to align paid media campaigns with overall business goals.
● Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates on campaign performance and strategy.
We want you
● Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B paid advertising, with a proven track record of success in managing and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels.
● Multi-Channel Expertise: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with all major paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and emerging channels (Telegram, WhatsApp, Reddit, Spotify, Quora, etc.).
● B2B Marketing Acumen: Deep understanding of B2B marketing principles, target audiences, and buying journeys.
● Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to extract insights and make data-driven decisions.
● Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information and campaign performance to various stakeholders.
● Tools & Technologies: Proficiency in using paid advertising platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and reporting dashboards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM4,000.00 – RM9,500.00 per month
