Position Overview:

As a Media Buyer, you will strategise, implement, and optimise paid media campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads, ensuring maximum reach, efficiency, and return on investment. Additionally, you will be responsible for tracking and analysing campaign performance to drive continuous optimisation and growth.

To succeed in this role, you must be highly analytical, data-driven, and creative, with a strong understanding of direct response and affiliate marketing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.

To Be Successful in This Position, You:

  • Must be fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.
  • Have 3+ years of media buying experience, managing both Meta Ads and Google Ads.
  • Possess experience in affiliate marketing and tracking, including setting up, managing, and optimising affiliate campaigns.
  • Have strong conversion tracking skills, ensuring accurate attribution across multiple ad platforms.
  • Have experience in creative project management, including overseeing ad development, copywriting, and scriptwriting.
  • Are skilled in copywriting for ad copy, scripts, and email marketing.
  • Can build and manage reporting dashboards, interpreting key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions.
  • Understand target audiences, customer personas, and demographic analysis to optimise campaign targeting.
  • Can effectively manage campaign budgets and control media expenditures to maximise return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimise media buying strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and affiliate marketing channels.
  • Determine and analyse target audiences, leveraging data insights to improve targeting and campaign performance.
  • Select the most effective media platforms to reach intended demographics and drive conversions.
  • Manage and optimise affiliate marketing campaigns, ensuring proper tracking, performance measurement, and ROI maximisation.
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of conversion tracking, ensuring proper attribution and reporting across all advertising channels.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise ad performance, assessing creative effectiveness, audience segmentation, and campaign scalability.
  • Generate reports and build dashboards to track campaign performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain and adjust campaign budgets, ensuring efficient media spend allocation for the highest return.
  • Evaluate and refine campaigns, making data-driven optimisations to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge in digital advertising.
  • Sustain effective communication with clients, affiliate partners, and media sales representatives to ensure seamless campaign execution.
