About the Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Paid Media Analyst to support our growing Paid Media team. Reporting to the Account Director, this role focuses on data analysis, reporting, and strategic recommendations for our healthcare clients’ paid media campaigns.

What You’ll Do Every Day

• Maintain and update reporting sheets across client accounts
• Analyze campaign performance data and identify optimization opportunities
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for client accounts
• Track and validate data accuracy across multiple platforms
• Support account teams with campaign analysis and recommendations
• Monitor budget pacing and performance metrics
• Assist in developing quarterly performance reviews
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data alignment

What You Bring to the Table

• 2+ years of experience in paid media analytics or related field
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools
• Strong understanding of paid search and social advertising platforms
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Healthcare industry experience preferred
