Job Overview
In this essential role, you will enhance our agency’s digital marketing proficiency by overseeing and optimizing paid social media and Google advertising campaigns for a variety of brands. Your contributions will be vital in amplifying client success by integrating and supporting organic SEO initiatives with targeted paid media solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of PPC and paid social media channels.
- Define and execute the digital marketing strategy for paid media, overseeing campaigns from conceptualization to execution and performance analytics.
- Analyze campaign metrics and provide comprehensive insights to the leadership team.
- Allocate and manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while ensuring optimal resource utilization.
- Implement budget monitoring and forecasting methods to enhance resource distribution.
- Remain informed about industry developments, technological advancements, and new platforms to propose innovative campaign strategies.
- Conduct competitive analysis in collaboration with the media buying team.
- Collaborate with content teams to synchronize organic social media efforts with paid media initiatives.
- Aid in client growth by applying organic social media tactics when necessary, with a primary focus on paid media optimization.
- Leverage AI tools to boost targeting, campaign performance, and innovation.
- Undertake additional tasks to bolster team and client success as needed.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years in digital marketing with an emphasis on paid media management (PPC and paid social).
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with organic social media management as a complementary strategy to paid media efforts.
- Strong analytical capabilities to interpret data for driving campaign enhancements.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, demonstrating a proactive mindset in strategic planning and data interpretation.
- Effective budget management and forecasting skills aimed at maximizing ROI.
- Superior project management and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex concepts.
- Collaborative, team-oriented, and adaptable to change, with a focus on cultivating positive client relationships.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven record of managing Facebook Ads budgets exceeding $150,000.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including both paid and organic social media strategies.

Additional Details
This is a full-time salaried position that includes benefits such as PTO and health insurance, commencing immediately, along with a 401(k) option available after one year.
Salary range: (57,000 – )63,000, based on experience.
