Job OverviewWe are in search of an accomplished and motivated Paid Media Manager to drive the formulation and implementation of paid media strategies across diverse platforms, including Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and LinkedIn. This position involves the management of prestigious client accounts, optimizing campaign outcomes, and ensuring success with minimal oversight. Additionally, you will have the chance to mentor junior team members while maintaining an awareness of industry developments to produce impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the strategy, execution, and refinement of paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, Bing, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
- Independently handle multiple client accounts, ensuring that campaigns are aligned with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain regular communication with clients to deliver performance insights and address any inquiries.
- Diagnose issues and develop solutions utilizing available tools and resources.
- Examine essential metrics (e.g., ROI, ROAS, CPA, CTR) and leverage data insights to enhance and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ensure the production of high-impact advertisements and assets.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in paid media, integrating new knowledge to elevate performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and embrace calculated risks to advance campaign effectiveness.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, providing oversight in their account management endeavors.
Required Skills
- Over 5 years of experience managing campaigns across various paid media platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook, Bing, Twitter, Pinterest, Amazon).
- At least 18 months of experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.
- Proven track record in overseeing monthly budgets exceeding $200k.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Tag Manager, with a strong aptitude for problem identification and resolution.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Basecamp.
- Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are advantageous.
- Experience with Google Merchant Center and feed management platforms is preferred.
- Exceptional ability to independently drive strategy, execution, and campaign optimization.
