Role – Paid Media Specialist
A successful Paid Media Specialist will have experience with developing, deploying and optimizing paid media campaigns on a variety of paid media channels. This includes but is not limited to:
- Staying up to date with paid media best practices across paid search, paid display, and paid social channels
- Leveraging A.I. tools to optimize paid media workflows including content development, competitor research, audience analysis etc
- Ability to leverage data-driven principles to reach KPIs and targets set for specific channels or specific campaign objectives
- Strong communication skills to communicate optimization plans to content developers and/or creative team members
- Document paid media campaigns projects, timelines and deliverables into project management software and systems as needed
- Daily, weekly and monthly tracking and monitoring of paid media campaigns
- Suggest, manage and allocate budgets to deliver outcomes that align with stakeholder goals
- Follow up with internal teams on progress of campaigns and reporting on performance
- Conduct on platform research for new clients, new products or new initiatives in different regions of the world (IE – APAC, EU, North America)
- Technical skills to setup, configure and edit campaigns within paid media platforms
- Must have at least 3 years of experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager or TikTok Ads
- Experience with SemRush, Spyfu or others is a plus
- High attention to detail and able to proofread for basic grammar
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
- Proficiency in Google Drive, Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail and Gcal
Important Note: This role is remote, but will require two to three onsite team wide meetings per month within Makati, Pasig or Taguig.
