About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and skilled Paid Media Strategist with a proven track record in creating and executing high-performance campaigns. Reporting directly to the Associate Director, this role is an integral part of our Paid Media team, focused on managing client relationships and driving measurable results for our healthcare clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated strategist to work with industry leaders, craft innovative campaigns, and deliver exceptional outcomes in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do Every Day

  • Manage and oversee a portfolio of Paid Media accounts.
  • Collaborate directly with clients, serving as a key point of contact for strategy and performance updates.
  • Communicate weekly with vendors and partners to ensure deliverables are aligned and optimized.
  • Develop and implement quarterly strategies tailored to each client’s unique goals and value propositions.
  • Optimize budgets across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Verify CRM lead routing accuracy and ensure seamless campaign tracking.
  • Execute data-driven campaign optimizations, focusing on keyword research, ad copywriting, audience targeting, and bid management.
  • Partner with the Associate Director to achieve internal and client-specific performance goals.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 4+ years of experience in a Paid Media agency setting, with a preference for lead generation expertise.
  • Deep understanding of paid search and social advertising, with mastery of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proven ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics and Excel, translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong grasp of PPC fundamentals, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid adjustments, and audience targeting.
  • Experience working with B2C businesses and delivering measurable results.
  • Exceptional storytelling skills with data, able to clearly communicate campaign performance and strategies to clients.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and constantly seeking innovative solutions.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
