We are seeking to hire a hands-on Paid Social Media Expert with proven digital marketing & team leadership expertise to:

1. Optimize campaigns for better performance
2. Set up analytics and provide reports and insights on campaign performance
3. Create marketing strategies and help in sales pitches
4. Ensure client marketing goals are met and able to improve results when needed

This is for a full-time, remote-work-at-home position as our headquarters are in the US. We do require team members to work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks) as our clients are in the US.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and enhance the performance of the social team
• Spearhead marketing strategies
• Create effective ad copies for campaigns
• Be hands-on when needed to set up or optimize campaigns
• Support sales when needed and create marketing presentations
• Conversion set up and confirm tracking
• Create analytics reports
• Prepare presentations to share insights and findings with clients
• Ensuring the marketing team is achieving results for each client

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience
• Expertise in setting up and optimizing social campaigns
• Certification in data analytics
• Deep knowledge of data warehousing, and mining
• Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
• Solid experience in creating marketing strategies
• Proven marketing campaign experience
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask
• Strong copywriting skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and budgets
• Professional and proactive work ethic
• High competence in project and stakeholder management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication skills
• Able to work EST hours work 8am to 5pm EST (with breaks)
