Paid Social Media Performance Marketing Manager | Get It – Marketing | United States
Join our renowned digital marketing agency that focuses on eCommerce within the fashion and beauty industries. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with over 3 years of experience to enhance our Paid Social Media team. This is a fully remote role, offering a unique opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and refine paid social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, TikTok, and others.
- Align campaign performance with client objectives such as engagement, customer acquisition, direct response, reach, and frequency.
- Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, optimize performance, and formulate effective action plans.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, status, and strategic recommendations.
- Stay abreast of trends and best practices in social media marketing and paid media.
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement targeted paid social media strategies, including audience segmentation, messaging, and budget allocation.
- Craft compelling ad copy tailored for eCommerce campaigns.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through outstanding service and communication.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 3 years of experience managing cross-platform eCommerce paid social media campaigns.
- Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, with additional expertise in platforms such as Pinterest and TikTok.
- Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously (4-7).
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive).
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.

- We offer a competitive salary range of (65,000 – )75,000, taking into account experience, education, and skill set.
