We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager with over 3 years of experience to enhance our Paid Social Media team. This is a fully remote role, offering a unique opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and refine paid social media campaigns on platforms including Facebook Ads Manager, Pinterest, TikTok, and others.
  • Align campaign performance with client objectives such as engagement, customer acquisition, direct response, reach, and frequency.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate actionable insights, optimize performance, and formulate effective action plans.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates on campaign performance, status, and strategic recommendations.
  • Stay abreast of trends and best practices in social media marketing and paid media.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to design and implement targeted paid social media strategies, including audience segmentation, messaging, and budget allocation.
  • Craft compelling ad copy tailored for eCommerce campaigns.
  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through outstanding service and communication.

Required Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing cross-platform eCommerce paid social media campaigns.
  • Proficient in Facebook Ads Manager, with additional expertise in platforms such as Pinterest and TikTok.
  • Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously (4-7).
  • Proficient in Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive).
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
