Panel Supplier Manager (Remote)

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Panel Vendor Supply Manager at Nomadic Insights. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing supply management, procurement, and supplier management and relationship on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Sourcing:

Develop and execute procurement strategies to secure cost-effective, high-quality online panel services.

Negotiate contracts with suppliers to achieve optimal terms in pricing, delivery, and quality.Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the company meets client project deliverables. Develop and implement inventory control processes to minimize time spent in getting pricing to delivery of projects. Conduct regular audits of vendors to ensure number of completes are at par with vendor KPIs

Supplier Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying potential new suppliers.

Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and take corrective action when necessary.

Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance.

Forecasting & Budgeting:

Collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels accordingly.

Manage the supply chain budget, monitoring spending and identifying opportunities for cost savings.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies related to procurement and supply chain operations.Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain, including supply shortages, price fluctuations, and delays. Implement sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Online Panel Supplier Management expertise
• Minimum 3-5+ years of Online Panel Experience
• Experience in Procurement and Supplier Management for Online Panel Vendor
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Must understand quantitative and qualitative research methods
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Knowledge of market research industry is a must
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
