  Develop engaging and relevant email content, from copy to multimedia elements. Optimize templates for diverse devices and email clients.
• Email Campaign Execution:
  Build and schedule email campaigns using cutting-edge marketing software. Ensure timely delivery and troubleshoot technical hiccups.
• List Management: Skillfully manage and segment email lists for targeted campaigns. Ensure list hygiene, monitoring opt-ins, opt-outs, and unsubscribed.
• Email Campaign Optimization: Monitor and analyze key metrics for actionable insights. Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Experience: 

• 2+ years of direct experience on email marketing space.
  Proficiency in email marketing platforms and automation tools.

Bonus Points:

• Strong analytical skills and data interpretation.
  Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
  Knowledge of email marketing laws (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).
  Detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple campaigns.
  Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  Experience working in startup environments.
