About your future role

As a Partner Account Manager , you’ll be an integral member of the Partner Sales team, working closely with our Ballerup office to expand partnerships and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

  • Drive New Partnerships : Proactively reach out to potential partners and expand our client base.
  • Lead Sales Negotiations : Shape business opportunities and close deals.
  • Build Customer Relationships : Manage relationships to maximize Nexi’s presence.
  • Resolve Client Concerns : Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
  • Present New Products and Services : Share our latest offerings with clients.
  • Champion Customer Experience : Ensure exceptional service standards.
  • Collaborate Across Regions : Work with stakeholders throughout Denmark and the Nordics.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role where teamwork and independent contribution is on the agenda
  • Commercially savvy with a strong decision-making approach

  • Technical understanding to support partner needs
  • Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English is a requirement
