About the Role

As a Partner Development Manager, we’ll equip you with exceptional sales tools, technology and world class products to help you connect with partners, agencies and resellers. You’ll be making and maintaining customer relationships that really work in this blended new business development and account management roles. You’ll do so knowing that you’ll be helping hard working partners benefit from our solutions, but you’re also bringing a refreshing change to how things are done to help them grow their business. No jazz hands. No empty promises. If you’re a talented, tenacious and savvy hunter – we want to hear from you!

We will ensure that you are supported and equipped with exceptional sales tools, technology and world class products. Not only that but this role is the perfect blend of office days with the team, and days out on the road meeting with clients, both new and existing. What we’re looking for: 

  • Someone who can win at a game of ‘Tetris’ by creating lasting commercial business relationships
  • A BDM/Relationship Manager with new business development and solution selling experience
  • Someone who thrives in an autonomous hybrid B2B sales role (70% new business/40% account management)
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills 
  • A Sales Professional who builds trust and likes to share in their clients’ success 
  • CRM experience (e.g. Salesforce.com or similar)

What you’ll bring….

  • Experience building commercial relationships in digital marketing/advertising or similar 
  • A well-crafted sales process/methodology & proven track record of success
  • Ability to network, create and nurture long lasting commercial businesses relationships
  • No fear approach to new business development through cold-calling and networking
  • Ethical with a high level of personal integrity and initiative
