Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a dedicated team of Partner Marketing Managers to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that drive partner sales, focusing on alliances with system integrators, cloud service providers, device manufacturers, and semiconductor companies.
- Develop scalable marketing campaigns that effectively showcase our products, establishing frameworks suitable for global implementation.
- Strengthen the co-marketing proposition to attract new partners and deepen existing relationships.
- Ensure uniform messaging across partner communications to accurately reflect the brand and its value proposition.
- Foster and maintain strong connections with partner sales, channel, and marketing teams to maximize the sales potential of our offerings.
- Gain an in-depth understanding of partner business strategies to create co-marketing initiatives that align with their objectives while creating mutual benefits.
- Advocate for collaborative business development by generating demand for partner products, enhancing visibility, and creating new business opportunities.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and collaboration with corporate partners on co-marketing endeavors.
- Background in enterprise software, SaaS, or silicon is highly desirable.
- Strong capability in customer and partner relationship management.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in evaluating opportunities and making data-driven decisions regarding ROI and program investments.
- Demonstrated history of delivering impactful outcomes and fostering innovation.
- A growth-oriented attitude, prepared to embrace expansive thinking and new challenges.
- Hands-on approach complemented by exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
- Extensive experience in partner marketing roles, preferably within technology sectors.
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
