Job Overview
We are expanding our Partner Management team by hiring a Partner Program Specialist. This role will be crucial in driving the success of our partner ecosystem, overseeing partner activities, managing agreements and performance metrics, and orchestrating enablement programs, all while maintaining a strong partner pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Activity Follow-Up
- Maintain a structured cadence of partner touchpoints to ensure alignment and consistent engagement.
- Track and report on partner-driven initiatives, identifying potential areas for improvement.
Agreement Management
- Oversee the lifecycle of partner agreements, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address contractual changes and partner requirements.
Partner KPI Tracking and Performance Management
- Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure partner success and impact.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve partner outcomes.
Orchestration of Partner Enablement
- Plan and execute sales and technical enablement programs tailored to partner needs.
- Deliver training, tools, and resources to empower partners to sell and deliver solutions effectively.
Partner Pipeline Management
- Monitor the health of the partner pipeline, ensuring consistent growth and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage pipeline-related activities, such as lead sharing, forecasting, and deal tracking.
Partner Collaboration and Support
- Act as the main point of contact for partner-related queries, ensuring swift resolution.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and trust by maintaining open communication channels with partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, program coordination, or a similar role within the technology or FSI sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple partner programs simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.
- Proficiency in CRM and partner management tools.
