Your Responsibilities
- Launch & Lead: Spearhead Dema’s UK market entry, building and executing the go-to-market strategy.
- Pipeline Builder: Attend events, make in-person connections, and drive outbound efforts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and video.
- Strategic Prospecting: Target decision-makers in Marketing, Procurement, and Data within eCommerce.
- Close Deals: Own the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently overachieving your targets.
- Customer Advocate: Build lasting relationships that lead to growth opportunities.
- UK Liaison: Represent the UK market internally, sharing feedback and collaborating with Product, Marketing, and Support teams at our Stockholm HQ.
We Are Looking For
- Results-driven closer: You thrive on hitting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Self-starter: You’re resourceful, proactive, and ready to pioneer DEMA’s UK market presence.
- Experienced sales pro: 3-5 years of hybrid or field experience with a proven track record of success, especially in generating and closing new business with 5 figure deal sizes.
- Strategic thinker: You excel in navigating large organizations, building business champions, and articulating the value of complex software.
- Connector: Your social skills are as sharp as your sales acumen—you know how to build relationships that drive results.
