About the role
Duties and Responsibilities
– Achieve 100% of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
– Set the monthly KPIs for partners.
– Direct partners to the potential opportunities generating high revenues.
– Responsible for partners’ profitability model on a monthly basis.
– Monitor the channels performance sales activities within the marketplace.
– Managing stock ordering and replenishment for all partners.
– Work with geographic sales force in all regions to achieve revenue targets within account portfolios.
– Conduct monthly meetings with partners’ CEOs to review performance status and upcoming plans.
– Cross-functional relation with marketing, finance, operations & warehouse teams to explore the company strategy implementation.
– Benchmark franchise performance results with quality standards and market norms in the aim of achieving operational excellence.
– Ensure the timely and successful delivery of products & solutions according to accounts’ needs and objectives.
– Track and update top management with competition TKA expansion.
– Monitor and focus on all strategic products achievement & quality (Orange Cash, ADSL, Data).
– Enhance sales agent productivity to reach a minimum of 100 lines/month.
– Manage his own team in the following: target achievements & problem solving.
– Manage and coach partners’ accounts managers and supervisors and make sure that they are all on track, achieving targets, and finalizing all their tasks on time.
– Manage partners with almost 200 indirect shops.
Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
– Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, preferably telecom.
