Salary: €100,000 to €150,000 (This may be flexible depending on experience)

My client is a leading e-tail tech business seeking an experienced Partnership Development Manager to join their team remotely.

The ideal candidate will have 8 to 10 years of experience in Business Development and Vendor Management within online retail, or logistics. Strong operational and analytical skills are essential. Additionally, experience in growing vendor relationships with a focus on account expansion is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop partnerships with retail merchandisers, sellers, manufacturers, and direct brands, and focus on category selections to increase overall value, in alignment with business and customer demand.
  • Support product vendors and partners with establishing themselves on our client’s platform and maximising their growth.
  • Guide seller partners in developing comprehensive plans including market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies.
  • Propose innovative ideas based on the current status of the categories, as well as create and implement projects through resource integration and merchant guidance.
  • Conduct industry analysis reports, explore potential customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly based on market trends.

Qualifications

  • You should have 8 to 10 years of operational experience, including, but not limited to, experience in brand management or platform operations.
  • Experience working in the e-commerce sector (Essential)
  • An extensive network and strong relationships with local sellers and vendors are advantageous.
  • Strong data analysis skills are essential, with the ability to analyse industry trends, manage projects through data, and summarise your findings.
  • You should possess capabilities in market exploration and marketing innovation, with the ability to guide comprehensive merchant marketing plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, self-motivation, strategic thinking, and the ability to adapt quickly to changes are required.
  • You must be able to work under pressure and manage logistics during periods of high demand.
