About the role

We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Partnerships Lead to join our team. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of partnerships, from identification and development to management and reporting. In this role, you will play a key role in building strategic partnerships that deliver a positive and personalised experience for our members.

Your key Duties

  • Develop and execute a tailored partnership strategy aligned with CPA Australia goals to deliver valuable member benefits.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all strategic partnerships, ensuring successful delivery and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless partnership activation and delivery.
  • Proactively identify new partnership opportunities that enhance the member experience.
  • Oversee the Member Benefits program, ensuring the establishment of strategic partnerships that deliver significant value to members.
  • Support the creation of new business presentations, proposals, and the transition of existing advertising clients to Member Benefits programs.
  • Manage partner relationships, including creating and providing client schedules, creative specifications, and overall project management to deliver on contractual agreements.

About you:

  • Previous experience in partnerships, business development, or a related field.
  • Experience working in a member-based or professional services organisation is a strong asset.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Effective project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Aptitude for data analysis, reporting, and insights gathering.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach to finding solutions.
  • Proven ability to meet financial and performance targets.
  • Curiosity and passion for developing member-centric products and services.
