Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Partnership Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead efforts to establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key players in the Web3 ecosystem. Your mission will be to foster collaborations that enhance IWF’s influence and value proposition within the blockchain and investment landscape.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish meaningful partnerships with Web3 startups, industry leaders, investors, and technology providers.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with partners, ensuring mutual value and alignment with IWF’s mission.
• Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to design and execute joint programs, events, and initiatives that advance the Web3 ecosystem.
• Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying emerging players and opportunities to expand IWF’s network.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements, ensuring beneficial terms and alignment with organizational goals.
• Event Representation: Represent IWF at industry conferences, forums, and meetings to build relationships and promote the brand.
• Performance Analysis: Track and report on the success of partnership initiatives, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the Web3 or tech industries.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology, the Web3 ecosystem, and related market trends.
• Proven track record of establishing and managing successful partnerships.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is a plus.
