We are seeking a Patient Concierge Team Leader to work full-time Monday to Friday, with hybrid working options available.

We deliver the highest standard of care and service to our patients, doctors, and pharmacy partners and are seeking the right person to join our team.

The successful candidate will be reliable, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and demonstrate initiative in solving problems and following issues through to resolution. The successful applicant will:

Previous experience in General Practice or Pharmacy is highly desirable, and familiarisation with MediRecords (practice management software) would be a bonus.

What you’ll be doing

The Patient Services Team Leader is responsible for delivering outstanding concierge services for patients, clinical practitioners, and our commercial clients.

Filtering team questions, as the first point of contact for support and escalation advice

• Overseeing the team’s daily tasks with the management team to ensure they are completed
• Offering support and assistance to team members, including induction and onboarding
• Responsibility for Blua (and any other health funds) feedback and NPS response management
• Provide up to date training to existing and new PCT members including maintenance of the Confluence Knowledge Base.
• Work closely with management team to ensure maximum productivity within wider PCT
• Efficient response to inbound concierge enquiries via phone or e mail
• Overseeing doctor rostering to ensure accuracy and availability
• Communication with our pharmacy partners and doctors
• Maintain all up to date information, including rostering, in the company web software platform and Practice Management System
• Ensuring patient results are communicated efficiently with doctors and liaising with patients for any follow up activities
• Assist with reporting for commercial clients
• Daily and ad hoc administrative duties
