What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Communicate with patients and representatives to address needs, concerns, or complaints escalated to Clinical Services
• Conduct timely investigations and responses to patient concerns, including reviewing medical records and interviewing care team members
• Facilitate effective communication between patients, families/representatives, and care teams
• Document information in a confidential database/platform
• Provide formal correspondence, both verbal and written, with patients/representatives and internal partners

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma required; associate degree desirable; bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
• 4-6 years of related experience in healthcare, hospitality, or customer service-related environment
• Excellent interpersonal service skills with qualities of compassion and respect
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to collaborate with clinical care teams and operational leadership
