We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our team as a Patient Services Administrator. You will be responsible for work within our Patient Services Team. Our focus is “Patient First” and our organisation is a patient centred environment with excellent customer service skills working effectively as part of a small highly focused team

Your main duties and responsibilities will be:

• You will be responsible for warm calling clients to book them in for their Ultrasound appointment at one of our many clinics across the country
• You will use IT systems to link appointments to a patient’s medical file and update our instructing parties with the relevant information
• You will work as part of a team, and will be responsible for booking as many patients as possible to fulfil targets to fill our clinic spaces
• You will be responsible for following up on your administration tasks
• You will be responsible for loading referrals if appropriate training has been given
• You will require versatility and attention to detail to meet the demands of our differing instructing parties and contracts

To be considered to this role, you should be able to demonstrate you have the following qualifications/experience:

• Excellent patient care and communication skills
• Friendly outgoing professional personality
• Ability to work as part of a small, focused team
• Good organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to plan and prioritise work.
• Good IT skills
• Eligibility to reside and work in the UK

All appointments are subject to satisfactory references, DBS and occupational health Clearance being obtained.
