Job Description: Our client is searching for a results-driven Senior Field Sales Executive with a strong background in selling payments solutions. This role is designed for ambitious sales professionals eager to tackle new challenges. The Senior Field Sales Executive will be responsible for targeting mid-market businesses (up to $10M revenue), overseeing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, and managing multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the mid-market segment, leveraging existing networks and conducting outreach to potential clients.
- Product Demonstration: Deliver compelling demonstrations of the company’s payment solutions, effectively showcasing the benefits and value tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within client organizations, addressing their unique needs and ensuring alignment with the solution offered.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial engagement to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a streamlined and successful process.
- Performance Tracking: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to revenue growth and the company’s overall success.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in a field sales role with a focus on selling payments solutions or related financial technology.
- Track Record: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a history of high performance and revenue generation within the payments sector.
- Sales Skills: Advanced prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the value of payment solutions and build enduring client relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of payment technologies and solutions, with the capability to conduct product demonstrations and explain technical aspects clearly.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and navigating complex sales processes.
