Payroll Systems Project Manager (Remote)

Position: Payroll Systems Project Manager

Location: Remote, with travel 3-4x/year to Miami

Duration : 6 Month Contract with Potential Extension

Rate: $60-70/hr

Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for creating weekly status updates for all the payroll projects (1-2 pagers)

This position will present the status updates to the Executive Management (VP of Payroll, Sr Director Financial Systems, Manager PFT, SVP of Finance)

This position will report to the Manager of PFT Payroll Financial Technology

This position will work closely with the PFT project resources to gather key accomplishments, key updates/decisions, risks, issues, dependencies, mitigation plan, resolution plan, action items, timeline

This position will report on the financials of the projects and will consolidate the figures (budgeted, spent to date, remaining, actual to complete)

This position will interact with the Payroll Operations stakeholders on a regular basis for Project related items

This position will own the PROJECTS work efforts (including updates, new project pitches, POCs/funding requests, prioritization of project tasks and resources etc) on a weekly basis (or based on the agreed frequency), and will be responsible for the updates done for the BR Business Requests, in tracking systems such as Azure Dev Ops, Daptiv, Clarity and others.

MUST Haves:

• Project and Program Management Experience
• Project Management for Payroll Systems
• Implementation Experience specifically within Dayforce, Kronos/UKG, and Lawson
• PMP Certification

NICE TO HAVES:

• Clarity

• Shipboard/Cruise Experience
