As our new recruiter, you will take charge of the full spectrum of international recruiting tasks and the related candidate experience. In this position, you’ll regularly collaborate with your team to design and refine our entire recruiting lifecycle.
There’s plenty to accomplish! Alongside offering strategic guidance to your colleagues, your role as a communication talent involves taking ownership of active sourcing for our vacancies. You’ll recruit top international talent for our team while building a network to meet future needs. In this capacity, you’ll continuously develop and refine effective solutions by implementing innovative active sourcing strategies. You’ll also collaborate closely with colleagues and managers from various departments to ensure an outstanding candidate experience for all applicants.
Beyond the day-to-day recruiting tasks, there’s plenty of variety with exciting projects that the team discusses, prioritizes, and drives forward together. If you’re interested, you’re also welcome to contribute to implementing our newly developed employer branding strategy.
