Why you will love this opportunity as People Projects Coordinator at Civica
As a People Project Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in managing complex change initiatives within our organization. You’ll be responsible for coordinating projects, managing data, and liaising with key stakeholders, including HR Business Partners. Your role will involve developing and executing comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining accurate records. You’ll also need to be flexible to work evenings as required and have a strong understanding of relevant legislation.
You’ll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including coordinating meetings, managing project timelines, and ensuring data accuracy. You’ll also develop and implement effective change management strategies, create and distribute essential communication materials, facilitate consultation processes, and monitor project progress. Additionally, you’ll maintain accurate records, escalate issues as needed, and contribute to continuous improvement by reviewing project outcomes and suggesting enhancements.
Requirements
What you will need to be successful in this role
- A strong HR coordination background with experience across projects
- Previous experience in change management / transformation initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage high workload and prioritise tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and complete time sensitive tasks
- Previous experience working in a global matrix organisation
- A keen problem-solver and who have excellent analytical skills
- An understanding of Australian payroll and tax laws is desirable
