Role Overview:

As a Performance Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth. You will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on high-value business opportunities, negotiating strategic partnerships, and securing major deals that contribute to Inviox Studios’ success. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, prospect, and close high-value deals (targeting $100K+ contracts), directly contributing to Inviox Studios’ growth.
• Partnership Development: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, partners, and clients in the gaming and entertainment sectors.
• Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations and structure deals that align with company goals and maximize profitability.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery post-deal.
• Performance Tracking: Regularly assess and report on performance, identifying areas for growth and innovation in business development strategies.
