Performance Driven Senior Media Buyer | NextCommerce | Egypt
We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Media Buyer with strong leadership skills to guide our digital marketing efforts and drive growth in our e-commerce business. This role requires both hands-on expertise in performance media buying and the ability to manage and inspire a team of digital marketing professionals. You’ll play a critical role in shaping our digital marketing strategy, optimizing ad performance across platforms, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Performance Media Buying
- Develop, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Continuously monitor and adjust targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives to maximize ROI and achieve ROAS and CPA targets.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ads, audiences, and creative content.
- Strategic Campaign Planning and Optimization
- Lead the development of data-driven media strategies to meet business objectives, with a focus on driving growth and maximizing efficiency.
- Regularly analyze performance metrics and generate actionable insights for campaign improvement.
- Manage media budgets, reallocating spend to high-performing channels and ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with the creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
- Communicate campaign performance and key insights to stakeholders, including executive-level reports and recommendations.
- Align digital marketing initiatives with broader company goals and collaborate with other departments as needed.
- Continuous Improvement and Innovation
- Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising platforms, and performance marketing innovations.
- Identify and implement new strategies to enhance audience targeting, ad placements, and messaging effectiveness.
- Encourage a culture of learning and improvement within the team, ensuring that everyone stays on top of best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years in media buying with a focus on performance marketing, and experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Snapchat Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms. Experience with campaign tracking tools and data analysis.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop team members, fostering a results-oriented and collaborative environment.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate metrics into insights and actionable strategies.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data insights in a clear and actionable way.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the e-commerce industry or with direct-to-consumer brands.
- Familiarity with emerging ad platforms (TikTok, Snapchat) and trends in performance media.
- Basic knowledge of creative processes, such as graphic design, video production, or content strategy.
